Restaurant integrations that get finished

I help multi-unit restaurants get their systems working together — online ordering, loyalty, labor, location data — and stay with the work until it’s live and reliable.

At Toast I ran the full cycle of partner integrations for years: requirements, design, development support, certification, and production launches across loyalty, online ordering, and related systems. That included leading the design and rollout of the Loyalty API used by thousands of locations. The value isn’t the job title. It’s knowing how these integrations actually succeed or fail when real restaurants are running them.

Independently I’ve done the same work directly for restaurants — including designing and delivering an online ordering system for a multi-location group as the person responsible for the outcome.

In addition to helping restaurants, I also work on time & attendance, payroll, and HCM systems, which keeps me close to the labor side most multi-unit operators also need connected.
